Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to invite law firms who are listed in the Bond Counsel Pool (“Offerors”) to prepare and submit two (2) separate proposals to enable the Governor, State Treasurer, and Auditor General (“Issuing Officials”) to select a law firm to contract with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to serve as bond counsel for one of two anticipated General Obligation bonds that may be issued by the Commonwealth: the General Obligation Bond, the First Series of 2025 and Second Refunding Series of 2025; or, the Second Refunding Series of 2025.
This RFP is issued pursuant to Executive Order 2015-2 dated January 20, 2015, and in accordance with Section 518 of the Commonwealth Procurement Code, 62 P.S. § 518 and Part III Chapter 8 of the DGS Procurement Handbook.
