The Downtown Master Plan will provide analysis of existing conditions, goals, and objectives with strategies, expenditure estimates, and revenue recommendations. The Downtown Master Plan will guide redevelopment, infrastructure and façade improvements, and encourage future public and private investment in a way that improves the quality of life as defined by community members and stakeholders.
