Description

The University of Texas at San Antonio (University) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to perform work(Work) more specifically described in Section 5.4 (Scope of Work) of this Request for Proposal (RFP), including:(1) Develop and implement integrated strategic, organizational, and communications frameworks, includingstakeholder assessments and institutionally aligned governance and engagement models, to advance NSCC’smission, strengthen institutional transparency, and align with UTSA’s strategic priorities.(2) Expand industry outreach campaigns and business development practices to support strategic ecosystemgrowth, commercialization efforts, and partnership development.(3) Provide professional branding, graphic design, and creative services to produce cohesive collateral, digitalassets, and visual identity elements that reflect UTSA standards and enhance NSCC’s industry engagement.(4) Deliver accessible, Drupal-based web design, development, and management services to optimize NSCC’sdigital presence, support ongoing web operations, and enable measurable outcomes for sustainable growth.The University intends to award multiple contracts under this RFP to ensure comprehensive servicecoverage, flexibility, and timely responsiveness to project needs on behalf of UTSA and its mission partner,the Texas Cyber Command (TXCC).
