Plan & Spec Available: Specifications and bidding blanks may be inspected and procured at the Community Development Office, 520 3rd Street, Brookings City & County Government Center, Suite 140, Brookings, South Dakota or online at www.cityofbrookings-sd.gov. Qualifications: All bidders are required to hold all applicable South Dakota tax licenses. All bids must be signed and submitted in a sealed envelope and shall state on the left hand corner of the envelope “Bid for City Lawn Mowing Services.” Any bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Miscellaneous: Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the actual opening thereof. Action on the bids will occur within 30 days of the bid opening. The City and County of Brookings reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
