The scope of work is to board the first floor of all structures and haul away any debris, assorted junk, and garbage on the property to an approved disposal site. Boarding to be done with half inch CDX plywood and Starbit screws. Proposals are to be submitted via email to with the Subject: “City of Belfast – Park Hill Road Boarding Project”. Include proof of insurance with proposal package. Submit proposals to the Planning Coordinator on or before 10:30 a.m., 12/7/2023 at which time bids will be reviewed. The City of Belfast is exempt from taxes, therefore bids should exclude such taxes. The City of Belfast reserves the right to waive any formality or technicality. The award of the proposal may be based on price, quality, and/or service.
