Description
The City of Hagerstown is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform tree removal; apply silvicide, as needed; conduct stump grinding, as needed; complete grading and tillage; grout animal burrows identified on the berm; and perform hydroseeding and mulching on the Flood Protection Berm, in accordance with the direction of the Maryland Department of the Environment Dam Safety Division.
