Caltrans is seeking a consultant to provide the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 4 (D4) Public Information Office (PIO) with professional Public Relations Consultant services for four (4) major projects in San Francisco. These include major Freeway and Road Rehabilitation work along Bayshore and Central freeways- US-101, I-280 and 19th Ave (SR-1). These highly visible construction projects will require a robust multi-lingual Communications Plan and Public Relations Services to inform residents, business owners and travelers of the potential impacts they may experience due to construction. The primary scope of this Contract is to deliver and execute a complete multi-lingual Public Relations Services (PRS) Communications Plan that is clear, effective, engaging, and responsive to gain public awareness and understanding of the impacts of these projects.
