The purpose of the 2020-2025 Route Plan is to evaluate alternative routing options utilizing existing START resources – about 63,000 bus hours per year. PROPOSALS DUE BY EMAIL: 2:00 PM MST, Friday, March 29, 2019 Any proposal not received by email on the date and time specified above will be rejected, considered non-responsive, and unopened.
