By virtue of statutory authority preference will be given to materials and supplies found or produced within the State of South Dakota. The County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any bids which it deems to be in the best interest of the county. The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract with Brookings County for annual supplies.
