The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to
The Austonian Condominium Association, Inc 200 congress Ave Austin, TX 78701, for site lease. The
Austonian Condominium Association, Inc is the owner/operator of this specific site; therefore, the ONLY
source able to negotiate a contract with. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A
Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The Class Justification for Other than Full and Open
Competition form is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13,
Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 531120 and the requirement is not a total small
business set-aside. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based
on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
