Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of existing roofing material and furnish and install new shingle roofs, gutters, roof drains, and all other accessories and components which are required for a complete, securely fastened and weather tight installation, including painting to Caltrans. Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a current and valid C-39 Roofing license issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) for the type of work to be performed. Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, proof of a certificate showing they are a qualified company that is approved, authorized, or licensed by the roofing manufacturer to install manufacturer¿s product and that is eligible to receive manufacturer's special warranty. Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder¿s DIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy.
