Print Bid Title: Annafeld Park, 6th and 7th Filing Improvements Category: Construction Services Status: Open Description: CALL FOR SEALED BIDS: NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids entitled Annafeld Park, 6th and 7th Filing Improvements for the City of Billings, Montana, will be received by the Billings City Clerk, via email at or via mail or delivery at 316 N. 26th St., Billings, MT 59101 (P. O. Box 1178, Billings, MT 59103), until 2:00 PM (MST) on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud via Facebook Live on the City’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Billings-MT-City-Government-74352842013/.  ; Bid tabulations will be posted for public viewing after the bids have been opened. Bids for the Annafeld Park, 6th and 7th Filing Improvements shall be submitted on the Bid Form provided in the Project Manual. The Project Manual and Contract Drawings may be obtained by contacting Neil Kiner via email at Second Nature Consulting, PLLC ( ting ) and will be available on the Billings Builders Exchange. The Project Manual and Contract Drawings may also be viewed at Billings Parks and Recreation Department office located at 390 N. 23rd Street, Billings, MT. This invitation for bids and any addenda may also be found on the City’s website at www.billingsmt.gov , by clicking on “Doing Business,” and then on “Bids.” Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Billings, Montana, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The bid security will be retained by the City Clerk until the successful bidder enters into a contract with the City of Billings. If no contract is entered into, by the successful bidder, within sixty (60) days the security may be forfeited to the City of Billings. Successful bidders will be required to furnish an approved Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, prior to contract execution. Attention to Bidders is particularly called to the requirement as to conditions of employment to be observed and Montana Prevailing Wage Rates are required under the Contract. This project requires the Contractor to comply with 1% Gross Receipts Tax per Montana Code Annotated. There will be a non-mandatory walk-through on Friday March 27th, 2026, at 10:00 AM at City of Billings Parks and Recreation Offices, located at 390 N. 23rd St., Billings, MT. It is strongly suggested that Contractors attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Bidders may withdraw their bid either personally or by written request at any time prior to the time set for bid opening. No bid may be withdrawn or modified after the time set for opening, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder pending City Council approval. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that bid which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana. The prices established from this bid may be extended to other political subdivisions within the State of Montana solely at the vendor's discretion.
