INTRODUCTION & PURPOSE Town of Middlebury (“the Agency”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of one (1) new, diesel powered, 3⁄4-ton pickup truck equipped with four full-size doors (crew cab). The vehicle will be used for daily operational duties that include apparatus towing, personnel transport, and light utility work. 2.
