Chemical Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336, until March 26, 2026 at 2:00 P.M., and then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Frost Building Main Conference Room. This project consists of the removal, dewatering, weighing, hauling and land application of biosolids from Aerated Lagoon No. 1 located at the City of Kennewick (City) Wastewater Treatment Plant in accordance with the Special Provisions and the Technical Specifications.
