The Project generally consists of architectural design for interior and potentially exterior renovation; inspection/upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems. Response deadline is October 10, 2025, by no later than 3:00 p.m. Responses received after the deadline will not be considered. The full RFQ document is available on the Converse County website under "Related Items" below. Please note that this RFQ is a modification of the RFP published on Sept. 3 and 10, 2025. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on site, October 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Respondents are strongly encouraged to attend. The deadline for questions is October 3, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. to the County Clerk, . Evaluation will be based on experience, qualifications, project approach, schedule, and design fees.
