Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about Thursday, February 12, 2026. Battle Creek VA Medical Center (BCVAMC) requires General Waste Removal and Recycling Services. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the solicitation. The applicable NAICS Code is 562111 Housekeeping- Waste Treatment/Storage services with a size standard of $47 Million. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12. The award will be based on a the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The closing date for receipt of offers will be Friday, February 20, 2026 at 9:00 AM EDT. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance through the Sam.gov website. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. Questions are due by Monday, February 16, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST and must be submitted via email to Janel.Tate-Montgomery@va.gov. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There will not be a site visit. All offerors must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM to include NAICS code 562111. This solicitation will be a 100% set-aside for Total Small Business.
