Print Bid Title: Request for Price Quotations - East Wastewater Treatment Plant Control Building Interior Renovations Category: Current Requests for Quotes, Proposals and Bids Status: Closed Description: The City of Burlington (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for construction services relating to the proposed East Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Control Building Interior Renovations. Qualified firms will possess technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, references, and related prior experience to complete the projects described in this Request for Price Quotations (“RFPQ”). Responding firms will also be required to demonstrate professional services which include, but are not limited to; construction of similar interior building renovations including electrical, mechanical/HVAC coordination and general workspace fit-up. The Burlington Department of Public Works – Water Resources Division (“DPW-WRD”) is seeking proposals for the proposed East WWTP Control Building Interior Renovations. In September 2024, five (5) additional staff members began working out of the East WWTP. As such, DPW-WRD has advanced plans to maximize the utilization of the existing space within the Control Building including; the construction of an additional bathroom, kitchen improvements and other general workspace renovations. The East WWTP Control Building Interior Renovations shall be completed by December 31, 2025. See the attachment for more details.
