Contract documents, including plans and specifications dated September 18, 2025, prepared by Capital Studio Architects, LLC, may be reviewed or purchased beginning February 2, 2026 through Advanced Reprographics Public Jobs Plan Room, www.advancedplanroom.com , 860-410-1020. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held February 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Old Post Village Community Room, 763 Tolland Stage Road, Tolland, CT 06084. Each bid must include a 5% Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to Tolland Housing Authority.
