REBID GENERAL RENOVATIONS OLD POST VILLAGE SENIOR HOUSING

Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, services, and equipment for “General Renovations for Old Post Village, Tolland, CT” will be received at the Tolland Town Manager’s Office, 21 Tolland Green, Level 5, Tolland, CT 06084, until 2:00 p.m. on March 3, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be opened. Bid opening will occur shortly thereafter at the Old Post Village Community Room, 763 Tolland Stage Road, Tolland, CT 06084. Contract documents, including plans and specifications dated September 18, 2025, prepared by Capital Studio Architects, LLC, may be reviewed or purchased beginning February 2, 2026 through Advanced Reprographics Public Jobs Plan Room, www.advancedplanroom.com , 860-410-1020. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held February 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Old Post Village Community Room, 763 Tolland Stage Road, Tolland, CT 06084. Each bid must include a 5% Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to Tolland Housing Authority.
