Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at 4:00pm local time on May 6, 2026, at the City/County Building, 221 North 5 th Street, Bismarck, ND, in the Mayor’s Conference Room on 4 th Floor. Proposals must be mailed to the City Administrator (PO Box 5503, Bismarck, ND 58506-5503) or deposited with the City Administrator (221 North 5 th St., Bismarck, ND 58501) and shall be sealed and endorsed “3 rd& Main Parking Ramp Elevator Controls Modernization Project”.
