An overall project task map (attachment 1) graphically depicts the status of the various plan components and recommendations. A number of important tasks have not been completed or in some cases, recommendations were not specific enough or conditions have changed enough to warrant an update of the plan. The City is looking for a qualified consultant to work with City Staff to study and update these inter-related tasks to facilitate the implementation of the RIMP. All parts of this project should comply with and reflect the Value and Purpose Statement of the Riverfront Island Master Plan In addition, proposers are encouraged to be creative go beyond these visioning statements in their submittal.
