2/11/26 - Addendum #1 - Minor revisions, Replaced RFP (Rev 2-11-2026). This solicitation is being issued because the currently designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for this region will be vacant. In accordance with Title III of the federal Older Americans Act, specifically (42 U.S.C. § 3025), the California Department of Aging (CDA) is required to designate an eligible agency to serve as the AAA to ensure the continuous delivery of essential services to older individuals and caregivers within this planning and service area (PSA).
