Description
<p>Florida Atlantic University (FAU) seeks to establish a pool of qualified suppliers that can provide venues for Florida Atlantic University events. The term of the resulting agreements will be for an initial five-year period, with two optional two-year renewals. Request for Quotes will be sent to the awarded pool when venues are needed. Request for Quotes (RFQs) shall be issued during the term of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to the pool of awarded vendor(s). The purpose of the RFQs shall be to obtain information specific to each venue. RFQs shall include information and any specifications deemed necessary by Florida Atlantic University.
