Crushed quartzite ballast #4 6. HR Class Asphalt 7. Asphalt Patching 8. Road Oil 9. Equipment rental 10. Crane Work, Crane Men, and Driving Piling 11. PVC Lining • Such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Brookings City & County Government Center 520 3rd St. Suite 210, Room 221, Brookings, South Dakota, at the time specified on the Call for Bids. • By virtue of statutory authority preference will be given to materials and supplies found or produced within the State of South Dakota. • The County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any bids which it deems to be in the best interest of the county. • The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract with Brookings County for annual supplies. • Specifications are available at the office of the Highway Superintendent and on Brookings County web site at www.brookingscountysd.gov.
