2026.0267, City RFQ & RFP - Architectural & Engineering Services for Alterations at Julia Stark Elementary School Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. RFQ/RFP Opening: March 26, 2026 at 4:00 PM No RFQ/RFP Deposit Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: February 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Meet at the main entry lobby of Julia A. Stark Elementary School, located at 398 Glenbrook Rd, Stamford, CT 06906. Project Manager: Racquel Anderson, Clerk of the Works III All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare (https://stamfordct.procureware.com ). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
