Print Bid Title: Police Vehicle Category: Current Bids & RFPs Status: Closed Description: The City of Wayne, Nebraska will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., CDT, on the 3rd day of June, 2010, at the office of the City Clerk, 306 Pearl Street, PO Box 8, Wayne, Nebraska 68787, for the following: A 2010 or Current Production Year Full Size Rear Wheel Drive Police Sedan A 2010 or Current Production Year 4WD Compact Sport Utility Vehicle At that time, all bids will be opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers at the Wayne City Hall; or Specifications and bid forms must be obtained from the City Clerk's Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The City of Wayne has and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn without the consent of the City of Wayne. The City agrees to make a selection as soon as possible after the letting, based on price, warranties and any other pertinent facts, and to enter into a contract with the bidder who submits the best bid proposal. No person of the City of Wayne shall, on the ground race, color, or national origin, be exluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity.
