These services will be provided at the state-owned facility, South Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center (SFETC), located in Florida City. Services include all components necessary for full operation of the facility including management; operations and facility maintenance; integrating security and substance abuse and mental health treatment within the legislatively appropriated budget.</p>
