Description
The purpose of this contract is to establish a contingency mechanism for the Ohio Department of Health Bureau of Public Health Laboratory (BPHL) to outsource specified infectious disease testing services to a qualified commercial or hospital laboratory. These services will be engaged only under conditions such as declared public health emergencies, supply chain disruptions, equipment outages that prevent BPHL from performing the tests in-house, or disruption in ODH equipment functionality due to unapproved or lapsed maintenance contracts.
