Description
Contractor shall provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide services that Maintain Existing Planted Areas (MEPA) and conduct noxious weed and invasive non-native plant eradication for maintenance of established mitigation planted areas that are part of the San Mateo/Santa Clara County Seismic Restoration Project Mitigation and Monitoring Plan for On-Site Restoration Activities (EA 04-4J8504); and the goal of which is to ensure 100% rate of survivorship and establishment of existing plants and eradication of noxious weeds, invasive species rated as ¿High¿ by the California Invasive Plan Council¿s database by November 2029. The services shall be performed along Route 280 at Alpine Road, Post Mile (PM) 20.5/R0.0, in Santa Clara County and San Mateo County. Refer to Attachment A, Project Location Map and Site Plan. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services.
