Description
The State of California, Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), hereinafter called the STATE agrees to sell to TBD, hereinafter called the PURCHASER and the PURCHASER agrees to purchase from the STATE, all the live timber designated for cutting by the STATE, and merchantable as hereinafter defined at the rate and in strict conformity with the requirements and conditions hereinafter set forth for sawlogs and other merchantable material; the PURCHASER further agrees to do other work as herein specified. PURCHASER shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees described herein and in strict conformity with the requirements and conditions hereinafter set forth for sawlogs and other merchantable material.
