Military Avenue, Fremont, NE 68025 , until 2:00 p.m. local time on March 8, 2018 , at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read. The Project consists of constructing the Wastewater Treatment Plant Anaerobic System on the south side of the City’s existing Wastewater Treatment Plant at 6325 Morningside Road, Fremont, NE 68025. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
