8413 - YFC3 - Outpatient/ER Services

The Department of Human Services, (“DHS”), is seeking a contractor to provide the
Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services, Youth Forestry Camp#3, (YFC#3) with Outpatient,
and Emergency Care Services, as defined in Section III. B, at 4534 Tar Kiln Road, James
Creek, PA. 16657.
ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS emarketplace website to view any change notices to this IFB.
