RFP 21629 - Vendor Service Contract for Electronic Records Management System Design Study and Needs Assessment For this RFP, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally. All required documents are available for download on the Bonfire portal. Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of March 6, 2026 at 4:30 PM CT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. https://cityofmilwaukee.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/218069 Important Notes: This RFP requires 25% SBE participation. Bidder must submit a completed copy of OEI Form A with their bid submittal. The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of Insurance.
