Print Bid Title: Comprehensive Strategic Planning Services Category: Miscellaneous Status: Closed Description: The City of Morgantown is seeking proposals from consultants with expertise in strategic planning to guide the development of a renewed strategic plan for the organization. Through this process, the City seeks to establish strategic goals, objectives, and actions that align with its defined mission and vision. The City also wishes to create an implementation roadmap for carrying out the strategic plan that include processes for keeping it updated and evaluating progress. The outcome of the process will be a written strategic plan document that presents the planning process, the research, the analysis, opportunities, and strategies along with an implementation plan that will guide City for the next three to five years. The City anticipates that the planning process will take several months to provide adequate time for participation by the project team and City Council in addition to review by key community stakeholders. The successful firm will be required to demonstrate its ability to meet these requirements. The City encourages any inquiries with respect to the expectations and/or scope of work sought through this proposal by email to the City – Attention Carol Allen, . All inquiries will receive a response. A consultant/firm will be selected for this project based on criteria stated in “Evaluation of Proposals”.
