Description

TxDOT Houston Districtis soliciting proposals for Continued Near Road Air Quality Monitoring Servicesduring construction for North Houston Highway Improvement Project (NHHIP), CSJ0912-00-146. These services are requiredto fulfill TxDOT’s obligations under the Voluntary Resolution Agreement (VRA)between Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and TxDOT, the Community ImpactsAssessment from Final Environmental Impact Statement/Record of Decision(FEIS/ROD) and for transportation activities under federal and state statusesas set forth under MOU dated December 9, 2019, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT andother regulations related to compliance with federal and state environmentalstandards, pursuant to 23 U.S. Code (U.S.C.) 327. Interested firms may notify TxDOT of theirinterest by email to the assigned point of contact for this procurement: CarmenStaicu and/ or Leeza Clark, TxDOT HOU APD email HOU_Contracts_Scientific@txdot.gov . This notification must contain the RFP number,proposer name, point of contact, mailing address, voice numbers and an emailaddress. All questions andclarifications must be submitted in writing at HOU_Contracts_Scientific@txdot.gov . Proposers who have not notified TxDOT oftheir interest in the RFP waive all claims to redress if they submit proposalsthat have received reduced scores because the proposals do not incorporate orrespond to clarifications or amendments to this RFP Package.
