Description

The County of Greenville is requesting proposals from qualified consultants or firms to conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation of the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) and the Greenville County Emergency Management Services (GCEMS). This independent assessment will analyze current operations, performance metrics, staffing levels, workload distribution, organizational structure, Unit Hour Utilization and also include a gap analysis.
