Description
This Notice is for the bid of a Job Order Contract (JOC). A JOC is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contract. The scope of work includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices. It is placed with the Contractor for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. Work is awarded by issuance of a purchase order against the JOC. Under the JOC concept, the Contractor furnishes all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work. The JOC awarded under this solicitation will have no minimum value and a maximum value of $2,000,000, with the ability to expand up to $3,000,000. The term of the contract will be for 12 months or the point at which the maximum value of the contract is reached, whichever occurs first. The University reserves the right to award up to two (2) Job Order Contracts from this bid (PW2508) to the two (2) lowest responsive bidders. Should the University choose to award more than one (1) Job Order Contract, it shall occur no later than sixty (60) calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
