The Contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational services forU.S. Pavilions at international expositions. Orders may be placed for in-scope serviceswhich may include full scale operational services for Expo 2027 in Belgrade, Serbiaand Expo 2030 in Riyadh.
The Contractor will work in partnership with the Department of State to effectivelymanage risks, ensuring the Pavilion environment is safe and comfortable for visitors,staff, and contractors.
Contract Type:The anticipated Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract will utilize Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) line items to the maximum possible.
The contract will have a five-year ordering period, with the inclusion of FAR Clause52.217-8 for a potential extension of up to six months. Orders with option periods maybe issued at any time during the life of the contract.
