The State of Connecticut Department of Transportation (“CTDOT”) is seeking proposals for a contractor to develop, execute, administer and analyze an on-board survey of all fixed bus routes in the CTtransit system, as outlined in the Request for Proposal’s scope of work. Parties interested in providing these services must have a proven track record of excellent work on survey design and administration, market research, analysis and planning services.
