The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Medical Services at Sunburst Youth Academy located at 4022 Saratoga Ave, Bldg 21, Los Alamitos, CA 90720 from on or around March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027, in accordance with the technical specifications. All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted to Ash Erickson, at bids@cmd.ca.gov no later than 2:00PM, January 23, 2026. ***Due to lack of bids, the bid opening deadline has been extended to February 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM.***
