Print Bid Title: Custodial Supply and Service Providers Request for Proposal Category: Public Works Status: Closed Description: Project Goal To retain a custodial supply and delivery service to all Campbell County facilities. Scope of Service/County Requirements. Must be able to supply and store required products and maintain sufficient inventory of products for each facility, included but not limited to, items listed on supply bid sheet. The ability for the County to purchase products on a daily basis from a local business is required. Weekly representative meetings may be required. All orders will be delivered during normal hours of operation and the required inventory must be maintained on a weekly basis in accordance to the requests of each individual facility. Two facilities in the Town of Wright are also included. Product training at separate locations throughout Campbell County facilities will be provided upon request of the individual facilities. Inventory of specified products and updated MSDS/SDS shall be provided by the supplier. Items required are listed on the Product Bid Sheet attached to this Request for Proposal Submission of Proposal Proposals are due to Bill Beastrom, County Facilities Manager, 500 South Gillette Ave., Suite 1400, Gillette Wyoming 82716 by 3:00 P.M. July 8, 2016. Proposal shall include specific sizes and quantity for all products in bid proposal along with prices per item listed on the Product Bid Sheet. All products must be the same, or equal to, the products set forth in the Product Bid Sheet. A formal contract for services will be drafted between the County and the selected supplier. The contract will be for a period of two (2) years.
