<p><strong>THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR BIDS OR PROPOSALS. PLEASE DO NOT</strong></p><p><strong>SUBMIT A BID OR “NO BID” REPLY. The Agency has reason to believe that</strong></p><p><strong>the services or commodities described herein are only available from a</strong></p><p><strong>single source. Any prospective vendors must provide information in writing</strong></p><p><strong>regarding their ability to supply the commodities or contractual services</strong></p><p><strong>described in the attached specifications.</strong></p><p><strong>Vendor’s information regarding their ability to provide the product or</strong></p><p><strong>service should be emailed to the contact person listed on this</strong></p><p><strong>advertisement and must be received no later than February 24, 2026, 12:00 PM ET (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays).</strong></p><p><strong>The Contractor/Vendor ultimately selected for this contract must warrant</strong></p><p><strong>that it has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract</strong></p><p><strong>requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good-faith</strong></p><p><strong>performance as a responsible vendor, and that the Contractor/Vendor shall</strong></p><p><strong>comport with Chapter 287, F.S., and all other applicable rules and laws.</strong></p>
