The work includes SESC measures, machine grading, sand subbase, sidewalk, riprap, storm drain piping, construction of a well house building including heating and ventilation, and surface restoration.Proposals will be received by the City of Grand Ledge; 310 Greenwood St, Grand Ledge, MI 48837, until 3:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at which time no more proposals will be accepted.Contract Documents may be obtained at the offices of the City of Grand Ledge and at Williams and Works, 549 Ottawa NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503, (616) 224-1500.Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond by a recognized surety in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of the bid price.After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of Thirty (30) days.The City of Grand Ledge reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in their best interest.Selection Timetable:Advertisement for Bids Friday, February 27, 2026Bid Due Date & Bid Opening Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 3:00 P.M.Tentative Bid Award Monday, March 23, 2026
