Description

On behalf of the Board of Pilot Commissioners (BOPC), the California Department of Technology (CDT) is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders for BOPC¿s Information Technology Modernization Project (ITMP), as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP) no. 25M00001. The ITMP will implement a modern licensing software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution to support pilot licensing, renewals, and license management, digitize and standardize manual workflows, and establish a centralized data repository. Instructions and the procurement timeline are provided in the RFP.
