Description

Building will be cleaned prior to stucco repair and painting. Stucco repair must be completed before paint is introduced. All exterior doors and shutters must be painted as well. District office will decide paint colors upon walkthrough with Type of paint recommended during quote to include one coat of exterior commercial grade primer and two coats of exterior commercial grade paint.
