UCFS Healthcare is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for crack filling and restriping services at the following locations: Norwich Health Center, 47 Town Street, Norwich 34 East Town Street, Norwich Griswold Health Center, 226 East Main Street, Griswold Plainfield Health Center, 120-122 Plainfield Road, Moosup Please bid out each location separately. Crack Filling • Clean all cracks of debris and vegetation • Apply hot rubberized crack sealant (or specify material requirement) • Ensure smooth, sealed finish suitable for striping Surface Preparation • Power blow and/or clean surface prior to striping • Remove old or faded markings as needed Restriping • Repaint all parking stalls • Repaint handicap spaces (including ADA-compliant symbols and signage markings) • Repaint fire lanes (if applicable) • Repaint directional arrows (if applicable) • Repaint crosswalks (if applicable) • Repaint loading zones or reserved spaces
