LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION FOR BIDS IFB STC-26-002 DIVERSION CENTER FURNITURE, Pursuant to 2 CFRSections 200.318-327 Closing Date: April 24, 2026 1:00P.M. CST Spindletop Center is soliciting bids for behavioral health furniturefor a Diversion Center in Jefferson County. If you are interested in submitting a bid, please carefully adhereto the instructions, requirements, and deadlines presented in IFB STC-26-002,DIVERSION CENTER FURNITURE, Pursuant to 2 CFR Sections 200.318-327 . Biddersshall provide one (1) original and two (2) copies when submitting their bid. Originalbid must be clearly marked “ORIGINAL” and contain all original signatures. Bidsare to be sealed and addressed to the Purchasing Agent with the bid number andname marked on the outside of the envelope. A copy of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) may beobtained by contacting the Purchasing Agent, Hillary Midkiff, via Hillary.midkiff@stctr.org . In accepting bids, the Center reservesthe right to reject in part or in whole any or all bids, waive minortechnicalities, and award the bid which best serves the interest of theCenter. Award of contract shall be madeto the most responsible, responsive Bidder, whose offer is determined to be thebest value, taking into consideration the relative importance of price. Spindletop Center reserves the rightto be the sole judge as to whether items bid will serve the purpose intended, theright to award based upon individual line items, sections or total bid. The Center will only release names of the vendors who haveresponded to this solicitation after the Center’s evaluation team has evaluatedthe proposals, and an award has been made and approved by the Center’s Board ofTrustees. Proposals must be submitted andreceived by the Center NO LATER than 1:00 p.m. (CST), Friday, April 24 th ,2026. Full submission instructions arespecified in IFB STC-26-002. Proposalsreceived after the date and time above shall not be considered.
