The delivery method for this contract is Task Order-Construction Agreement for Multiple Projects¿Master Enabling Agreement (TO-CA MEA). Upon the Trustees¿ acceptance of the Lump Sum Price or GMP, the Trustees will issue a Construction Agreement to the General Contractor for the construction phase. If the Trustees and the General Contractor do not agree upon a Lump Sum Price or GMP, the Trustees will not award the construction phase of a Project to the General Contractor.
