Print Bid Number: 2020-01 Bid Title: Jackson Boulevard Street & Utilities Improvements Project--Phase 2 Category: Bid Opportunities Status: Closed Description: Bids will be received by the City of Spearfish, at the Building and Development Office in City Hall, until 1:30 p.m., April 7 th , 2020, for materials, labor, and equipment for construction of improvements to include asphalt patching; mill and overlay; pavement striping; roadway signage; conversion of a 4-lane roadway to 3-lane roadway including bike lanes and medians(University St. to 3 rd St.); conversion of 4-lane roadway to 5-lane roadway including medians (10 th St. to east of 12 th St.); construction of roundabout at the Ames St. intersection; concrete flatwork, curb ramps and ADA improvements; storm sewer improvements, water line replacement, sewer line replacement; landscaping and irrigation system; and street lighting for the City of Spearfish, South Dakota. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 26th, 2020 in the City Hall Council Chambers at 9:30 AM. All prime bidders must attend. Bids must be submitted upon the printed bid form and sealed with the items being bid clearly indicated on the outside for each project. The City of Spearfish reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and/or waive any irregularities therein.
