Print Bid Title: On-Call Structural Engineering Services Category: Engineering Status: Closed Description: The Morgantown Parking Authority (Owner) requests qualifications for on-call Structural Engineering Services for design, repair and construction administration/inspection of city parking garages and surface parking lot projects and services for the Morgantown Parking Authority for a five (5) year period. Statement of Qualifications must be received at the Morgantown Parking Authority Office, 300 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, by Wednesday, October 23, 2019, by 2:00 p.m. The proposals will be opened at 2:30 p.m. the same day. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for On-Call Structural Engineering Services is available from the Morgantown Parking Authority Office at the same address and in the related documents section of this post. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive technicalities, and make or decline award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of the Morgantown Parking Authority. All parties are advised that some of the services may not be required and that the City reserves the right to initiate an additional RFQ for any of the services included in this initial RFQ. Although the Owner intends to have the selected consultant perform structural engineering services as requested over a five (5) year contract period, specific projects have been identified to begin throughout the proposed contract period.
