Please refer to the Attachment "IFB 25-047-999 Addendum II Q&A_IFB Package" The purpose of this Addendum II is to: Respond to potential bidder questions submitted by February 6, 2026, 3:00PM. The Water Boards has compiled the questions received during the bid process for IFB No. 25-047-999 entitled, ¿Northern and Southern California Office Moving Services.¿ The Water Boards has prepared written responses to these questions and are providing them to all potential bidder(s); see attached. The deadline for submission of questions was February 6, 2026, 3:00PM. No additional questions may be submitted by any potential bidder(s) after this date and time. Please note, the IFB and its attachments have been replaced in their entirety to reflect the revisions noted. Changes made in the IFB are shown as: Text additions are displayed in bold and underlined. Text deletions are displayed as strikethrough text. The following updates to the solicitation have been incorporated in the attached, revised IFB: 1. Page 7: Warehouse Coverage has been removed from the insurance requirements as noted in Section G. Bidder Minimum Qualification Requirements, Item 9. 2. Pages 30-39: Attachment 3A, Cost Worksheet ¿ Southern California, the Master Installer classification has been removed, and the weighted multiplier has increased for the Lead Installer classification. 3. Page 83: Property storage language has been revised in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Section B.1.g. Prospective Bidders are invited to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 25-047-999 entitled, Office Moving Services for Northern and Southern California for the State Water Resources Control Board (Water Board).
